Rick is the President and one of the founding partners of HighGround Trading, LLC. Rick started as a filling broker on the CBOT in the grain complex. He has over 25 years of experience building innovative valued added trading firms to meet the ever-changing demands of commercial hedgers and private clients. Prior to forming HighGround Trading, he was President of RJO futures, and COO and owner of Zap futures, which was sold to R.J. O’Brien in 2004.
